Tried & Truth: Sephora Argan Hand Mask

image (2).jpeg

With these winter days still lingering I am finding myself reaching for products with hydration for all parts of my body. I am a compulsive hand washer and hand sanitizer user that coupled with my extremely sensitive skin and eczema which loves to flare up this time of the year makes for a deadly combination. I decided to the Sephora Collection hand mask after reading such positive reviews.  It intrigued me because of the variety and let’s be honest – they just looked like a whole lot of fun. I am already a big fan of sheet masks themselves because they are easy to use and offer great benefits. Read on for product information and my experience.

Other Niceties

First Impression
I am already obsessed with masking and multi-masking my face why not extend it to my hands. Packaging and actual mask seems similar to previous sheet masks.

Application Reflection
These hand masks are pleasant to wear and are quick and easy to use. I loved that they fit well - did not slide around at all and you could secure the bottom to fit as tight or loose as need. The product itself felt hydrating within the glove but not gooey or slippery.

Love It, Leave It, Try It, Buy It
Try It - I think if your hands are in need of a little TLC and you just want to try something new and innovative in your masking routine this is a definite winner. This would also be fun if you are having a little girls night in.

Overall Thoughts
I did thoroughly enjoy this mask and would purchase more in the future. I am eager to test out other types within the collection that promise to have different benefits. However, I am a little surprised that Sephora states that after 21 recommended uses people experienced the following results” It is highly unlikely that I will be purchasing 21 of these to do in succession unless they come up with some unbelievable special for buying in sets of so many for a lower cost. I would say this mask really does feel great and improve your skin texture however I would not say the results are dramatic.
